What is the Partnership for Principle 10?
The Partnership for Principle 10 (PP10) is a cooperation of government
agencies, civil society groups, and international organizations
working together to implement practical solutions that provide the
public with access to information, participation, and justice for
environmentally sustainable decisions. The partners are committed
to promoting accelerated implementation of Principle
10. It builds on and supports the independent assessment activities
undertaken by The Access Initiative.
Who are the partners?
Partners include governments, international organizations, and
national and international NGOs. World
Resources Institute is the acting Secretariat. New partners
continue to join PP10, so please see our website
for a complete list of current partners. As of November 2006, PP10
partners and observers included:
