"Dan Ngabirano is a Partner at Development Law Associates (DLA), a full service legal consultancy firm established in 2010. DLA was founded on the recognition that law must be placed in its proper development context in order to achieve sustainable development. The firm therefore strives to provide timely and accurate legal research with the main objective of informing law and policy across Africa. Dan holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Makerere University and a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) from Harvard Law School. He is also qualified as an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and is in this respect a member of the Uganda Law Society, East African Law Society and the African Network of Constitutional Lawyers.
