Environmental Centre for Administration and Technology (ECAT – Lithuania) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization specialized in sustainable development policy at the local level. ECAT's mission is to integrate environmental concerns into the society, to contribute to common welfare, and improve the quality of life through practical and sustainable solutions. ECAT works on a number of issues including waste management, public environmental education, water preservation, air pollution, climate change, sustainable mobility, bussiness and human rights, corporate social responsibility and sustainable consumption. ECAT prepares and implement projects, educates, and consults on various questions of environmental protection, and promotes activities of environment control in the municipalities of Lithuania.
