Foro Ciudadano de Participación por la Justicia y los Derechos Humanos (FOCO) is a non-governmental organization with an Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC) consultative status. FOCO works on promoting respect for human rights, and strengthening the active and responsible participation of the population and the local social organizations in social and community development policy creation.
