Fundación Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (FARN) is an environmental non-governmental organization with a goal of promoting sustainable development through policy, law and the institutional organization of society. Citizen participation is one of FARNs focal points because they believe that citizens must observe and enforce laws and policies and agree to the allocation of resources to prevent possible environmental damage.
