El Centro de Derechos Humanos y Ambiente (CEDHA) is a non-profit organization which aims to build a more harmonious relationship between people and the environment. Their work is centered on promoting greater access to justice, guaranteeing human rights for victims of environmental degradation, and preventing future violations. CEDHA fosters the creation of inclusive public policy that promotes socially and environmentally sustainable development through strengthening democratic institutions, public interest litigation, and community participation.
