The TAI coalition included Jamaica Environment Trust (http://www.jamentrust.org/) Caribbean Coastal Area Management Foundation and Windsor Research Center (http://wrc.cockpitcountry.com/) which acted to both drive a campaign around need for consultation  with local communities and transparency in the selection of the area.  TAI is proud of our efforts to support the campaign and also to facilitate the launch of Development Alert http://www.developmentalert.org/jamaica/ that gives Jamaicans an opportunity to participate in infrastructure decision-making through civic technology.
